The full-field pupillometry add-on module kit works with the ColorDome camera to monitor pupil size of both eyes and display video of the patient’s eyes in the Espion® software during and after a flash.
Measuring the pupillary light reflex
The pupillary light reflex is a valuable clinical test in assessing the health of the rod, cone, and melanopsin pathways. One of the standard protocols offered with the Diagnosys pupillometer measures the pupillary light reflex for each of these pathways.
